What the Fandom: Fan Fiction with author Jade_Max

Join our host Marie-Claire Gould (@mariecgould) and our guest Jade Max (FanFiction.net) in our segment ‘What the Fandom’ as we discuss Fan Fiction. Jade_Max has been writing Fan Fiction for over 25 years. We discuss what it’s all about, why it’s awesome and how to get started if you are interested in it. We also talk through some of the controversial in the Star Wars Fandom, and generally how to navigate it.

Bio: Jade_Max has been writing and posting online for over two decades in the fanfiction community. She’s particularly partial to writing Star Wars The Clone Wars Fanfiction, with her favorite characters being Rex, Ahsoka, The Clones of Torrent Company, Anakin and Padmé. In addition to Star Wars, she writes Might Morphin Power Ranger, Sailor Moon and various other Star Wars categories with the odd one off foray into something different.

What The Fandom: 501st Legion

Join our host Marie-Claire Gould (@mariecgould) and co-host James Dalton (Skull’s Armory and @skullflare) in our new segment ‘What the Fandom’ as we discuss the 501st Legion – “Bad Guys Doing Good”. James is second in charge of the local Badlands Garrison and has been making costumes with them for 5 years including such kits as Clone and Scariff Troopers.
